Our Labor and Employment Practice handles the following matters:

  • Apply for labor registration
  • Apply for business registration
  • Apply for quota exemption for foreign workers and managers
  • Apply for work book, work permit, and business visa for foreign workers and managers
  • Draft and advise on labor contract, secondment contract,  and contractors’ contract
  • Advise on procedure and requirement for staff termination and mass-lay off, and other disciplinary actions
  • Draft and advise on internal rules, employee handbooks and other related policies and register the same with Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training or relevant provincial and municipal departments
  • Handling labor unions, strikes, lock-outs and negotiate individual and collective labor dispute and representing clients before the labor court and arbitration
